Shipping Policy

We offer FREE US Standard Domestic shipping.

We ship to all mainland US destinations, including non-mainland regions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico etc. In the past we have successfully shipped to Military posts, APO / FPOs within the specified timelines.

Expedited US Domestic shipping comes with a cost and varies anywhere between $9.99 to $49.99 depending on the speed and location selections
 

International Shipping - International shipping is also offered to certain countries and the cost varies by product type and region. The cost of shipping depends on the type of product. Any associated import customs taxes is the responsibility of the buyer. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted. Shop with confidence as we accept returns within 15 days for most of the products. All returned items should be returned in their original condition & packaging which may include warranty card, manual etc. Returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Buyer pays all return shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the buyer until the item reaches the seller. Hence we advice that you return the item with a proper tracking number. In order to return an item, please contact us through email so that we can issue you a return authorization.
 

Defective Item Return Policy - All defective item(s) require a genuine manufacturer defect reason. If it is electronics item(s), Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will test item for the issue. If the issue is reproducible, the item is deemed defective and and the buyer will receive a full refund. However, If the item is tested and found to be in proper working order, there is a 30% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
 

Damaged Item Return Policy - No returns accepted for Damaged items unless the item is damaged during transit and the buyer can substantiate proof of damage by providing detailed pictures of the damaged packaging and damaged product(s) received (including but not limited to product bar-code, serial number(s) and other identifiers.


Replacement Item Policy - This is applicable on a case by case basis depending on the inventory stock at the time of RMA. If replacement is applicable, Any replacements require the original item to be returned before the replacement item is shipped.
