How secure is your platform?


TopBestBuy LLC has a number of electronic gadgets in various categories. We offer a secure checkout process through PayPal and hence you can be rest assured that you are backed by PayPal buyer protection program. At this time, we do not store any of the customer's credit card information. In rare situations when we do not have the product in our inventory that you had ordered, you will receive a full refund back to your original form of payment through PayPal and secure credit card payments.
We also offer Google Sign & facebook sign in feature for customers, who wish to maintain an account on our website.




What products do we sell?


We are a company based out of USA. We are focused on selling quality branded products that are difficult for customers to access for the best deals on conventional websites. Our products range from a variety of computer parts ranging from the simplest accessories to high end gaming gears.




What shipping regions do we ship to?


We offer FREE US Domestic shipping.

We ship to all mainland US destinations, including non-mainland regions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico etc. In the past we have successfully shipped to Military posts, APO / FPOs within the specified timelines.
International Shipping - International shipping is also offered to certain countries and the cost varies by product type and region. The cost of shipping depends on the type of product. Any associated import customs taxes is the responsibility of the buyer.




How soon can i expect my product delivered?


In most cases (US Domestic Shipping) we ship out within 3 business days. Our standard shipping is usually USPS economy and priority. We also provide expedited shipping services. Other forms of shipment include UPS, Fedex and DHL. Most US mainland destinations receive their product within the postal services designated timelines. We take pride in providing on time delivery performance and strive hard to keep it at 100%. Please note that depending on the cost of the item, some shipments may require signature confirmation. International Shipping - International shipments are serviced by USPS, Fedex, DHL or UPS. Shipment timeline can vary anywhere between 10 days to 45 days. Additional Customs import and security check may further delay your shipment. But most shipments expect to arrive within 30 days.




What is my Return Policy?


We are very confident that once you purchase the product from us you will be happy with the product. However we do understand that there are circumstances that you may wish to return. Shop with confidence as we have a 15 day return policy with a nominal restocking fee. Please refer to our Return Policy for any additional details. International Returns - It is the customer's responsibility to pay and ship the item back to us with a trackable shipment for refund.
